Monthly Sunrise Beach Meditation
Join us for a community sunrise gathering and meditation event at Crandon Park Beach in Key Biscayne, FL on the 3rd Sunday of the month at sunrise.
This 1-hour practice will help you set a positive tone for your day, improve focus, reduce stress and anxiety, and help improve your overall health.
Each practice is hosted by a rotating schedule of teachers and facilitators from the BGC™ team who will guide the practice and hold space for the group in their unique way. Each gathering will follow the same agenda but with different components.
Everyone is welcome - No experience is necessary.

BGC presents at the Yoga Expo 10th Anniversary
Join us for this epic yoga/wellness event. We will be hosting our signature Brown Goddess Circle™ for the 6th consecutive year! This class is for womxn of all shades of brown who want to have one of the BEST yoga experiences of their life!
You can expect a 20-minute yoga flow, breathwork/meditation sample, a wisdom talk about one of our core qualities, and a group connection activity.
